Sweet and Lovable, a Delight to Everyone Julieann, the eighth of the Green children, was born May 2, 2008. A delightful baby from the beginning, Julieann quickly stole the hearts of Mom, Dad, brothers and sisters. In late October 2008, our precious girl was diagnosed with infantile spasms, a rare form of epilepsy. As her illness unfolded, we began documenting her progress on this page so that friends and family would know specifically how to pray for her. We are so thankful to the Lord that her outcome so far is very good. For now, Julieann is seizure-free. We know that the seizures could return tomorrow, or in 10 years - so please continue to pray for her.

Annual Jekyll Club Breakfast Family Photo

Last night's dinner was fun at Tortuga Jack's while...

this morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet at The Jekyll Club.

Then it was time for the photo shoot with Charles and James on the croquet course. 

And we just love the expressions on their faces!

The rain clouds didn't stop us from playing a little croquet.

Uncle Benjamin had to teach Charles a few tricks :)

After the rain storm, the Green family gathered at the Putt Putt Golf course for some more fun!

And James picked the same color ball as Grandma :)

Daniel treated Caitlin to a dinner for two tonight while the rest of the family visited the Dairy Queen for burgers and ice cream. Wonderful memories!

Morning hike on the South Beach...

There were lots of trees to hop over,

trails to follow,

and spots to rest and relax.

We were able to observe pelicans

and seagulls flying

and resting on the beach.

The 3.5 mile trek was a memorable one.

Afternoons and fishing on the pier have been enjoyable for the family too.

Thomas and Nathaniel managed to catch some blue crabs.

And then there has been night fishing...

which resulted in catching some sharks.

Fun on the Red Bug.

Then it was time for bike riding, and

Autumn Faith was Mama's partner on the 2 seater.

We met up with Daniel, Caitlin, and the boys for a little yogurt snack at the Jekyll Shops.

During the rain, everyone gathered for a game of Monopoly.

Then we headed back out to the beacht to enjoy...

It's that time of year again for Daddy's work conference at Jekyll Island!

Football on the beach,

sister time,

and Dairy Queen treats are fun for everyone.

Thankfully the weather this weekend was perfect for boogie boarding and

 riding some waves.

Joseph, Rosie, and Faith found LOTS of crabs in the tidepool

and James enjoyed the sand up to his waist :)

Everyone enjoyed a little family friendly frisbee game

and just spending time together.

Nathaniel perfected his moves on the skimmer board,

while Charles rode the shark.

James was content sitting beside Uncle Benjamin while he was fishing,

and it never fails that Thomas is always Daniel's fishing buddy and errand boy :)

Grilling, telling stories, and arm wrestling was a fun way to end the day,

and so far big brother remains in the lead...
